I had the opportunity to eat several times at Mughli and I was always pleased with the quality of the food. I recommend the chicken tikka masala and the saaq wala (roasted lamb with spinach, that my friends is something worth trying) especially, but most dishes are nicely prepared by what seems to be a very talented team of chefs. On the other hand, the service is usually pretty bad... I believe I never visited the restaurant without having to wait for the waiters for a ridiculous period of time. Some of them actually seemed a bit cheeky, which is not particularly professional, though I think it also depends on your luck. Well, nothing's perfect, I guess. In any case, the great Indian food is worth the limited service related irritation.
