Despite not having an overly impressive decor or facade, Sartori does have the great advantage of possessing a custom-built Strazzula Michele wood-fired furnace. This equipment allows the chefs to cook authentic Napolitan pizzas using the best ingredients. The prices are quite accessible and the pizzas are delicious... what's not to like?
