I visited So with two former high school colleagues, so I might not be able to give a objective evaluation. The food was pretty good, though nothing incredible, and the sake was served generously giving all of us a sweet, warm feeling. The recipes are not fully traditional, but, not being a sushi connoisseur, I wasn't particularly offended by this. It's a pleasant place with reasonably food and friendly staff.
